Rankbreaker is a competitive MMO where your rank isn't just a number, it's a resource. Climb the leaderboard through card battles, hunt bounties, grief rivals, and go to war with entire factions. When you're ready to go all in, you can spend your own status as currency.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

By accessing or participating in the Rankbreaker Closed Beta, you (“Tester”) agree to the following terms:

1. Purpose
Allow the Tester to evaluate a pre-release version of Rankbreaker (the “Software”) and provide feedback, while protecting confidential and proprietary information.

2. Definition of Confidential Information
Includes all builds, features, mechanics, systems, content, artwork (AI-generated or otherwise), design concepts, UI/UX, technical details, and any non-public information about Rankbreaker.

3. AI-Generated Artwork Acknowledgment

• All artwork in this beta is AI-generated and placeholder.

• The Tester may show the game in person only to friends or family if they clearly indicate the artwork is AI-generated and provisional.

4. Prohibited Public Disclosure
Testers must not share screenshots, recordings, GIFs, or written descriptions revealing non-public systems on any public platform (YouTube, Twitch, Discord, Reddit, etc.).

5. Code and Reverse Engineering
No inspection, decompiling, debugging, or reverse engineering of the Software is permitted.

6. Ownership
All content, software, and systems remain the property of Rankbreaker. The NDA does not grant any ownership rights.

7. Feedback
All feedback provided may be used by the Company without compensation or restriction.

8. Term
This NDA remains in effect until Rankbreaker is publicly released or written permission is given.

9. Breach
Violating this Agreement may result in removal from the beta, revocation of access, and potential legal action.

10. Acceptance
By participating in the Closed Beta, the Tester agrees to these terms.
